Protein bars are great – they really don’t have that sandy taste as they promise in the ads. The flavors are on point and satisfy the hunger for something sweet.
Regarding protein powder – I also recommend it! It dissolves easily and is convenient to take, especially with the individual doses, which are a pretty good idea for traveling or during a walk or bike ride for a quick lunch at the office.
